About care and washing

REI 's clothes use delicate lace, embroidery, and fabrics that emphasize the texture of the material, so dry cleaning is recommended for washing.

Some products can be washed by hand or at home (underwear, products without decorations, etc.), so please check the notation on the product page before purchasing.

About size notation

The sizes listed in our shop are the actual values measured with the product laid flat.

Due to the delicate nature of the material, there may be slight variations in size depending on the product.

The size shown is the actual size of the sample, so there may be slight differences from the product you receive. Thank you for your understanding.

About lace and embroidery fabrics

If it gets dirty, wipe it gently with a tightly wrung towel, reshape it and dry it.

When washing by hand, please avoid washing with water and wash gently with a small amount of neutral detergent.
Tumble drying may cause shrinkage and loss of shape, and may impair the texture of the material.
Avoid using detergents that contain bleach or fluorescent agents.

Sunlight and UV rays can cause yellowing and discoloration.
Please adjust the shape and dry it in a well-ventilated shade.

Handling of chi-zi-mi products

This product is highly elastic, so please store it flat without hanging it on a hanger.
When washing at home, gently hand wash, shape and dry flat.

Handling of innerwear products

Since we place importance on the texture of the soft material, it may stretch when stored on a hanger or when worn. .
Please do not put it on a hanger as much as possible and store it in a flat state.
