■About Products
Due to REI's limited production and sales, products may be sold out depending on the timing of your order.
In such cases, our staff will send you an email notifying you of the order cancellation, so we apologize for any inconvenience but please understand this in advance.
■Order Process
Once you add items to your cart and place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email (automatic delivery).
*If you do not receive the automatic email from us, please check if there is an error in your registered email address.
Depending on your security software or email client, emails may automatically be sorted into your spam folder.
If you have set up domain-specific reception for spam prevention, please change your settings.
After your order is accepted, we will deliver the products according to your desired date and time.
■Shipping and Delivery Fees
・Yamato Transport
Shipping fee: 880 JPY (tax included) nationwide
Shipping is free for purchases of 22,000 JPY (tax included) or more.
Delivery Date Specification: From 5 days after the order date to within 15 days
Delivery Time Specification: Morning (until 12:00 PM), 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
・For some areas such as Okinawa and remote islands, delivery may be via Yu-Pack.
・We do not ship overseas.
・Delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions or bad weather.
・In some areas, date and time specifications for delivery may not be accepted.
・If a product is returned to us due to long-term absence, return shipping fees and re-shipping fees will be incurred for re-delivery.
Please note that this will not be eligible for the special offer even for purchases of 22,000 JPY (tax included) or more.
■Payment Methods
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, convenience store payment, and various app payments.

Accepted credit cards are VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.
Credit card withdrawals will be subject to the terms and conditions of each credit card member. Please contact your card issuing company for details.
・Bank Transfer
Shipping will be after payment confirmation. Please transfer the payment to the following account within 7 days after the order is confirmed.
If payment is not received after 7 days, we will assume there is no intention to purchase, and the order will be automatically canceled.

■ About Points
These are advantageous membership points where you earn 1 point for every 100 JPY spent.
*Points cannot be used at directly managed stores. Also, membership cards from directly managed stores cannot be used at the online shop, so please be aware of this in advance.
■ Returns and Exchanges
Please open and check the product promptly upon arrival. In the unlikely event of a defect, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.
If the same item is in stock, we will exchange it for a non-defective item. If the same item is not in stock, we will exchange it for an item of the same value or provide a refund.
Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted even for defective products in the following cases:
・Products that have passed 7 days since arrival
・Products with odors such as tobacco or perfume, or products with scratches or stains
・Products that have been used once, washed, or altered
・Products for which the delivery note, product tag, or packaging (bag, case, etc.) has been lost
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases. Please understand this in advance.
・When the reason for return or exchange is due to customer convenience
Returns will be refused for reasons such as incorrect order, unsuitable size, or difference in image.
・When the reason for return or exchange is a characteristic of the product
Our products use very delicate materials such as delicate domestic lace and hand-dyed fabrics, and depending on the product, there may be slight differences in size and color due to sewing and dyeing.
