Regarding International Shipping

The REI ONLINE SHOP accepts international deliveries.

・Shipping

Due to various circumstances, there are some countries and regions to which we cannot deliver certain products.
　(We cannot ship products to China or Hong Kong.)
　

・Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of 3,000 JPY will be charged regardless of the order amount.

・Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.

・Fees

Shipping fees, customs duties, and other miscellaneous costs will be borne by the customer.
If you pay in a foreign currency, a currency exchange fee will be incurred separately.

・Delivery Time

We cannot specify the date or time of delivery.

・Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

We strictly prohibit returns or exchanges due to customer convenience after product purchase.
