Email Address and Password Reset

If you wish to reset your registered email address or password, please refer to the following:

If you forgot your password

① On the login screen, click "Forgot your password?" (on the right side of the password input field)

② On the "Reset your password" screen, enter your registered email address and click "Send"

③ Once "We have sent an email to update your password" is displayed, check your email folder

④ When you receive an email titled "Reset your account password", click the "Reset password" button

⑤ From the "Reset account password" page, enter your new password and click the "Reset password" button


If you want to change your email address

Please send your name and new email address via the inquiry form.
